Google Meet integration

Simple integration, perfectly integrated

The Qano team uses Google products frequently and we like to integrate them into our apps. Google applications are efficient, inexpensive and their API for integration is extremely powerful.

We designed an integration to automatically create a Google Meet link, assigned to the user’s calendar, created at the same time as the activity in Qano. This is done extremely quickly.

Creation of an “Appointment” activity

When creating an activity in Qano, if you have selected a “Appointment” activity, then you choose “Virtual”, a field will display “Create a Meet”. If you leave this field selected, the Google Meet will then be automatically created and the link will be automatically added in the confirmation and reminder email sent to the customer. This link will also be added to your Qano activity.
