Sending parcels takes time and has a risk of errors due to incorrect entry of the recipient’s address into the various delivery service providers.

A 100% integrated service

It is now possible to add the SOS Courrier integration that we created to the Qano PRO application!

At a glance, know if the customer has an existing delivery profile. It is even possible to have several delivery profiles for a single customer.

If a shipping profile is already created for the client linked to the project, the “Shipping” icon appearing on the order will be blue and in a few clicks you will be able to receive real-time cost estimates with estimated arrival time from SOS Courrier. You can then accept the proposal directly from your application.

You will be able to add custom delivery information.

Get the delivery options you have pre-selected in just a few seconds. You can make your choice by referring to the cost as well as the expected delivery time. The customer will then be informed that delivery is scheduled and you will receive a copy of the shipping slip that you can print and it will also be attached directly to the project. (note that it is also possible to print automatically the confirmation!)

Qano PRO will automatically detect when the delivery is completed, the confirmation with signature and name of the person who received the package will automatically be attached to the project in Qano and the Project will automatically be marked as “Delivered to customer”. Notifications and satisfaction surveys will be sent as planned in your current processes.

In addition, if you have our expenses module, the price invoiced by SOS Courrier will be automatically added and linked to the project in order to know your costs and your expense will already be entered. Once you receive your statement from SOS Courrier, all you have to do is select each expense and make your payment.
