Our client contacted us because he regularly found himself with incomplete, or even missing, data relating to his employees. Not having an HR department, the hiring of an employee was often done in the boss’s or supervisor’s office, the hiring documents were then put in a binder.
The supervisor entered the employee’s name into the Qano Pro app for project and task management, but no other data was entered. It constantly happened that new employees were delayed in receiving their first pay because the hiring data had not been shared with the person in charge. She then had to enter all employee-related data into the payroll system.
A simple and complete solution
We then told them about Qano RH. Although they do not have an HR department, the Qano HR app will be their starting tool for employee management, while being linked to their other Qano apps.
