Service Reports

- Depending on the type of intervention, the technician will be redirected to the appropriate report, which will then await validation
- Once validated, depending on your settings, the report can be sent automatically to the customer by email and/or SMS

Invoicing and Taking Payments

- The technician can create an invoice, with rates automatically adjusted according to the type of customer and the area served
- Depending on the customer's requirements, the technician can take payment directly on-site

Timer

- Several types are associated with an hourly rate, enabling you to assess your human resources costs per project
- Automatic calculation of the duration of the intervention using geolocation or manual triggering
- Each activity can be assigned an estimated time
