When you are a customer at Qano, you have access to an platform that allows you to see complete history on several aspects of development and ongoing services.

Documentation

If your project included documentation, you will be able to search, filter and view all documentation on your accont. We are used to making well-detailed documentation with screenshots, video and step-by-step procedures.

Ideas

When we work on a project, we have a lot of ideas to improve all your processes, we also very often receive a phenomenal amount of ideas from our clients.

We have designed an ingenious way of working with our clients. An idea is then created in our development software, or by you on our Core Qano, this allows us to collaborate on the subject by adding notes, everything becomes very clear and above all, nothing is forgotten during development. If the idea is not included in the project, a time estimate will be provided and the client must approve it to take the idea into action.

In addition, you will be able to see the development at all times, because as soon as the project is planned, the date will be added and you will be informed by email when “Confirmed, Planned, In Progress and Completed”. All time used will be visible with details on each idea divided by “Non-billable, Maintenance and Development.”

Updates

Updates allow you to see, at a glance, the history of everything that has been accomplished on your applications.

Incidents

Although it is quite rare for our applications to have incidents, it can happen that a change has caused a problem with another functionality in place. Incidents will be linked to our internal modules and functionality for all our deployed clients and applications, which allows us to quickly trace whether the problem encountered is repetitive and find the source in order to definitively resolve the problem.

Packages

The “Packages” page allows you to view all the details of time used, packages purchased and the remaining hours of your development and maintenance packages. You can also purchase a new package.

Billing

All your invoice history will be in this place, you can download your invoices in PDF format and see all the details. It is possible to pay in full or make a deposit directly from your invoice. At the same place, you can decide to keep your credit card on file securely.

Your services

The “Services” page gives you access to all active services with Qano. You will be able to see the details, the next renewal date, the price paid, current usage and the possibility of modifying these according to the service.

Different permissions

We have already pre-determined a user structure for our existing customers. Some users can approve ideas, see your invoices and services. If you want to make changes, do not hesitate to contact us.
