Online contract signing is becoming more and more popular. It avoids unnecessary travel, saves time and also increases your customer base. With online signature, we are no longer limited to working with local clients. However, you must protect yourself to ensure that the document is really signed by the right person.

A very useful addition

A client used to fill out paper contracts. He then had to make an appointment to obtain his client’s signature. To save time, he started scanning them and sending the contract by email.

He then asked us if we had a solution for him. As he was already using Qano SER, we added our “Approval module“ to his application. We have created a very efficient system. The quote is sent to the customer. If the customer accepts the quote, a link to a secure page is automatically sent for contract signature. A code is sent by SMS to the number on file, the customer must enter the code received. The information is added to the contract with its IP address and signature.

Saving time and simplifying organization

For this customer, signing the contract online saves time. Additionally, when the contract is signed, a project is automatically created with all contract details and ready to schedule. This client also has the “Customer File” module, which allows automated reminders to be sent to the client as long as all the elements are not provided by the client, e.g.: permit, excavation info, choice of fabrics/colors, deposit …
