If you have read our website, you have probably understood that at Qano, we love challenges! In fact, the more complicated it is, the more we like to achieve a simple and effective result!

Over the years, we have used a multitude of email systems that didn’t allow us to do everything we needed, such as delegating an email to a colleague without “forwarding” the email. So we tried various support ticket platforms, but these platforms were limited in the ability to make communications private or not and presented other challenges to running our business.

So we got started! For about 6 months, we have been using Qano Talk internally for all our customer communication and management, a communication system entirely designed by Qano! Using Qano Talk is efficient and productive. The application is currently being refined, we are adding new features and improvements.

What Qano Talk does?

As mentioned above, Qano Talk was developed with the aim of having all our process that we could not find in a single tool. Qano Talk is a powerful, customizable and scalable tool, in addition to being linked to your other Qano tools. Emails are automatically associated to contacts, and you can see your communications in your other applications, either globally or linked to a project. We have even integrated all our phone calls, when a customer calls us or if we call a customer, a log is then automatically created in Qano Talk and automatically associated with the customer account which is visible in all our applications, so we have all incoming and outgoing calls for each of the clients that we can add notes to and link to existing projects. We have also added SMS to communicate quickly with our customers.

It is also possible to make a quick quote, which will be automatically created in our Qano REP application.
